We want the trip from our bakery to your kitchen to feel as clear as the baking process itself.
Shipping options and cost
Available shipping methods, current rates, and estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout after you enter your delivery address. The option you choose and the destination determine the final shipping charge.
Order processing
After your order is placed, our team prepares it for shipment and checks that the kit is ready for its journey. You will receive a shipping confirmation when the carrier accepts the package.
Tracking your package
Your shipping confirmation includes tracking information when tracking is available. Carrier scans can take a little time to appear after the label is created.
Address changes
Contact us as quickly as possible after ordering. Once a carrier has accepted the package, we may not be able to change its destination.
Delivery estimates
Checkout and carrier dates are estimates. Weather, holidays, and regional carrier conditions can occasionally affect transit.
Damaged packages
Photograph the shipping box, label, and affected contents. Keep all packaging and send the pictures with your order number through our contact page.
Missing deliveries
Check the tracking details and nearby delivery locations first. If the carrier marks the order delivered but you cannot find it, contact the carrier and then let us know.
