Returns

We want you to have a great experience with your Macalicious purchase.

Standard returns

Eligible unopened and unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Because Macalicious baking kits contain food ingredients, opened food products or kits containing opened food ingredients cannot be returned for a standard refund for food-safety reasons.

Before sending anything back, email info@macaliciousbaking.com with your order information and reason for the return. Items returned without first contacting us may not be accepted.

For returns due to a change of mind or another reason not caused by Macalicious, the customer is responsible for return shipping and original shipping charges are non-refundable. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected.

Damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or with missing components, email info@macaliciousbaking.com within 7 days of delivery. Please keep the product and packaging. We may ask for photographs so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate replacement or refund. When the problem is caused by shipping damage or an error on our part, you will not be responsible for return shipping costs.

Macalicious Baking Success Guarantee

If you use your Bake Your Own Sourdough Bread Kit, follow the provided instructions, and both included loaves do not turn out as expected, contact us at info@macaliciousbaking.com.

We will troubleshoot the bake with you and may ask for photos plus details about your process, timing, temperature, starter, dough, and finished loaves. After troubleshooting, we will provide one appropriate replacement support remedy per original kit/order at no additional charge so you can try again. Depending on what went wrong, this may be an ingredient refill bag, sourdough starter, or another appropriate component.

The Baking Success Guarantee is intended to give you another opportunity to succeed. It does not make opened food ingredients returnable and does not provide an automatic refund for an unsuccessful bake.

Order cancellations

Orders may be canceled before fulfillment. Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the applicable return or support process.
