We want every Macalicious kit to arrive complete, usable, and ready for the baker who ordered it.

If something arrives damaged, missing, or not right, contact us with your order number and clear photos within 14 days of delivery. Because baking kits include food ingredients, opened food items generally cannot be returned, but we will review replacements, refunds, or store credit case by case.
