These Terms of Service govern your use of Macalicious Baking, our Shopify storefront, and the Kitchen companion experience. This page contains template language for business and legal review before publication.

You agree to use Kitchen only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with platform operation, misuse accounts, attempt unauthorized access, or copy or exploit content beyond permitted personal use.

Kitchen features may be updated, paused, or discontinued at any time as the service evolves.

Product and educational disclaimers

Baking outcomes may vary. Content is provided for general educational and informational purposes and is not professional dietary, allergy, or medical advice.

You are responsible for reviewing ingredient and allergen information and supervising minors during baking activities.

Intellectual property

All content, branding, recipes, text, graphics, media, and software on our services are owned by or licensed to Macalicious Baking and protected by intellectual property law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit our content without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Macalicious Baking is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages related to use of our products or services.

SMS Terms - Macalicious in the Kitchen Alerts

Program name: Macalicious in the Kitchen Alerts.

Program purpose: transactional and reminder SMS related to Kitchen timers, step prompts, baking-flow reminders, account or support follow-up, and other operational updates that you request or enable.

Opt-in: You opt in by enabling SMS alerts in the Kitchen experience or through another disclosed consent flow and by providing or confirming your mobile number.

Consent: Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your timer activity, guided steps, support activity, and account settings.

Fees: Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-out: Reply STOP to cancel at any time. You may receive a one-time confirmation message after opting out.

Help: Reply HELP for help or contact support@macaliciousmacs.com.

Carriers: Supported carriers may change and message delivery is not guaranteed by all carriers or devices.

Re-opt-in: You may re-subscribe by completing a new valid opt-in flow.

Eligibility: You must be 18 or older, or have parent or guardian permission where applicable.
