Shipping policy
Macalicious Baking ships orders throughout the United States and to select international destinations.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1 business day.
Business days do not include weekends or U.S. holidays. Shipping transit times begin after an order has been processed and accepted by the carrier.
U.S. Standard Shipping
Standard shipping rates are calculated or displayed at checkout based on your order total, destination, and current shipping promotions.
We may periodically offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders. Any applicable shipping charge or free-shipping threshold will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Standard Ground delivery is generally estimated at 3–5 business days after shipment.
Standard shipments may be sent through USPS, UPS, FedEx, or another appropriate carrier, depending on the destination, package, and available service.
Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional charge.
Available UPS expedited services may include options such as:
- UPS 3 Day Select
- UPS 2nd Day Air
- UPS Next Day Air Saver
Available services, rates, and estimated transit times are calculated at checkout based on the shipping address and carrier availability.
Expedited shipping transit times apply after the order has been processed and accepted by the carrier.
International Shipping
We ship internationally to select countries and regions that are currently available at checkout.
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package, and shipping service selected by the customer.
Depending on the destination, available international carriers may include UPS, USPS, DHL Express, or other available shipping services.
International delivery times vary by destination, shipping method, customs processing, and carrier.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
If duties or taxes are collected at checkout as part of the selected shipping service, they will be shown during checkout.
Any duties, taxes, customs charges, or other import fees not collected at checkout are the responsibility of the recipient.
Macalicious does not control customs processing times or charges imposed by local governments or customs authorities.
Delivery Estimates & Carrier Delays
Shipping and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.
Delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, customs processing, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen events.
Macalicious is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs after a shipment has been accepted by the carrier. However, if your shipment appears lost, significantly delayed, damaged, or otherwise has a delivery issue, please contact us and we will assist you in working with the carrier whenever possible.
Tracking
When tracking information is available, it will be provided after your order ships.
Please allow some time after receiving a shipping confirmation for the carrier's tracking system to update.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at info@macaliciousbaking.com.
We will make reasonable efforts to update an address before an order is fulfilled, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after processing has begun.
Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer's responsibility.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us at info@macaliciousbaking.com.
For damaged shipments, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and retain the product and packaging. We may request photographs or other information so we can investigate the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
